Fiber Glass Wool

Fiberglass Insulation Roll is a light weight compressible insulation material consisting of fine long inorganic fibers bonded together by a high temperature binder. It contains many small pockets of air between the glass fibers, and these small air pockets result in high thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Fiberglass wool is produced in rolls with different thermal and mechanical properties.

Fiberglass Insulation boards are manufactured from fine and stable inorganic fiber bonded with thermosetting resin and formed into semi rigid and rigid boards. Fiber Glass Board is rot proof and has better mechanical and compressive strength as compared to flexible Roll formed product.

Fiber glass pipe sections are designed for easy and rapid installation . One piece molded insulation made from glass fiber bonded with high temperature resistant binder. Fiber glass pipe sections are non combustible and shot free. Pipe diameter from 20 mm to 300 mm is available. Fiber Glass pipe sections are also available with Aluminum Foil facing.

Flexible duct is designed for HVAC Insulation system. Flexible ductis light weight, strong, fully flexible and compressible. Still it is dimensionally Stable. Flexible duct is made up of double lamination of films permanently bonded a coated spring tough steel wire helix. For thermal efficiency it is wrapped externally with fiber glass wool insulation of various densities and thicknesses as required for Thermal resistance. Outer jacket is made-up of double laminated film with fiber glass yarn reinforcement, which act as a vapor barrier.

Loose Glass Wool is an Insulating material made from glass. It contain many small air pockets in between, provides high thermal insulation properties. Loose Glass wool is flexible and easy to install.
